Final Eight 2027 – Final

The Frecciarossa Final Eight 2027 reaches its conclusion on Sunday, 21 February, when the two surviving teams meet at Inalpi Arena in Turin to decide the winner of the Italian Basketball Cup. After four quarter-finals and two semi-finals, one final game will determine which club lifts the Coppa Italia trophy.

Fans searching for Final Eight 2027 final tickets can explore available seating options for the championship game in one of Italy's leading indoor arenas. As the closing event of the four-day competition, the final brings together the tournament's two strongest performers, with the national cup title at stake.

The Coppa Italia 2027 Championship Game

The Coppa Italia is one of the principal trophies in Italian club basketball, offering teams an opportunity to claim national silverware outside the regular league championship.

The Final Eight format gives the eight highest-ranked clubs at the halfway point of the Lega Basket Serie A season a chance to compete in a knockout tournament.

To reach the championship game, both finalists must overcome a quarter-final opponent and win their respective semi-final matches. The decisive encounter on 21 February will therefore feature two teams arriving with consecutive victories in the competition.

Unlike the Serie A playoffs, where teams compete across a series of games, the Coppa Italia final is settled in a single contest.

There is no return match. The result on Sunday determines the 2027 cup winner.

Who Won the Previous Coppa Italia Final?

The most recent edition ended with EA7 Emporio Armani Milano lifting the trophy after defeating Bertram Derthona Tortona 85–77 at Inalpi Arena on 22 February 2026.

Milano entered that final after a 106–102 semi-final victory over Germani Brescia, while Tortona had eliminated Virtus Bologna.

The championship game itself was closely contested. Milano built a 33–18 lead in the first quarter, Tortona cut the gap to 47–45 by half-time, and a strong final period allowed Milano to secure its ninth Coppa Italia title.

Armoni Brooks contributed 20 points in the victory and was named tournament MVP.

The 2027 final will determine whether an established cup winner can add another trophy or a different club can take the title.

Inalpi Arena Hosts the Coppa Italia Final Again

The 2027 final marks another chapter in Turin's growing association with Italy's national basketball cup.

For the fifth consecutive year, Inalpi Arena will host the closing stages of the competition. The venue, located on Corso Sebastopoli, is one of the country's prominent indoor arenas and is internationally recognised as the home of the ATP Finals.

As the tournament concludes, the winning team will receive the Coppa Italia trophy on the court in Turin.
